ShiftOps Terms of Use
Effective date: July 3, 2026
ShiftOps Manager is a restaurant operations accountability tool for Owners, GMs, and authorized managers. By using ShiftOps, you agree to use it only for stores and teams you are authorized to manage.
Subscription
ShiftOps offers an auto-renewable store subscription. The Owner or authorized GM purchases one subscription for a store. Managers join that store through the Store Code and should not purchase separate subscriptions for the same store.
The subscription length, trial availability, and price are shown in the app before purchase and are processed through Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Store Responsibilities
Store Owners and GMs are responsible for configuring Store Codes, manager access, store standards, checklists, and employee use according to their own policies and applicable laws.
Managers should enter truthful operational information and use ShiftOps only according to their employer's policies.
Operational Records
ShiftOps can store checklist activity, Store Health practice checks, assigned tasks, incidents, handoff notes, sign-offs, drive-thru timer entries, and accountability reports. These records are operational tools and do not replace company HR procedures, legal advice, food safety law, workplace safety procedures, or official inspection records.
Store Health Notice
Store Health scores are internal practice/readiness scores only. A 100% score in ShiftOps does not mean the store passed, would pass, or is guaranteed to pass any official inspection.
Availability
Cloud sync, authentication, purchases, and notifications require internet access and may depend on third-party services including Firebase, Apple, and device permissions.
Privacy
Use of ShiftOps is also governed by the ShiftOps Privacy Policy.
