ShiftOps Privacy Policy

ShiftOps Manager is a restaurant operations accountability app for shift execution, Store Health practice checks, assigned tasks, incidents, handoffs, sign-offs, drive-thru timer entries, and accountability reporting.
Information Collected
ShiftOps may collect store profile information, Store Codes, manager names, manager emails, roles, checklist activity, Store Health activity, assigned tasks, handoff notes, incident logs, shift sign-offs, drive-thru timer entries, notification settings, and accountability reports.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to help restaurant Owners and GMs monitor shift execution, store readiness, communication, accountability, and manager performance inside their store.
Cloud Sync and Authentication
ShiftOps uses Firebase Authentication and Firestore to authenticate users and sync store data by Store Code. Google Sign-In and Sign in with Apple may be used for authentication.
Data Sharing
ShiftOps does not sell restaurant or manager data. Store data is intended for use by the Owner, GM, and authorized managers connected to that store.
Retention and Deletion
Store Owners may request deletion of store data associated with their Store Code. Managers may request account access removal or deletion of personal account data. Some operational records may need to be retained by the restaurant for legal, safety, employment, or business recordkeeping reasons.
Store Health Notice
Store Health scores are internal practice/readiness scores only. They are not official health inspection results and do not guarantee inspection outcomes.
